
Repotting with Granny
I had originally creating a children’s book illustration called “Granny’s Greenhouse”. In this illustration, her granddaughters are helping with the repotting process.

Spooky Storytime
Cute little Kira and her monster friends enjoy a thrilling story before bed. This illustration is a concept piece for a children’s book that I am in the process of developing.

Harvest
This children’s book illustration is the embodiment of black boy joy. A proud mom and son share in their joy of a bountiful fruit and vegetable harvest.

Monster Parade
This illustration is further exploration of Kira and her Monsters ( a children’s book concept) friends taking place in a colorful parade.

Kid's Halloween Costume Series (3/4)

Nick Jr: Skating
In collaboration with NICK Jr, I created a series of illustrations for two of their Logo IDs. These illustrations were under the themes of “Enlightenment” and “Community”. The target group for this project was black preschoolers. The project aimed to have positive and joyful representation of the black community to both inspire the next generation of black children in America. Projects like these hold a special place in my heart because of what they mean for the community.
